Audiophiles Choice
These headphones perform great with all genres of music (spescially drum and bass/jungle) though higher bitrate audio (Wav. lossless)are better. The sound is linear and flat with no added sound extentions. Tight bass and amazingly clear highs and mids. the Vocals however are the talking point of this product and projects like mini speakers on your head not headphones!Plays in stereo for music and in 3D for gaming purposes eg (C.O.D black ops were 360 sound is replicated!) perfect acoustic damping with minimal sound leakage (as these are closed backed)and solid to feel with well made high durable plastic and metal. The removable detachable plug is easy to repair and replace though i dnt think you will need to as it comes with 2 wires and both are solid. Best point is that this plays through any mp3 device ipods and moblie phones (200mW )though adding the FiiO E5 headphone amp will give you that ummmfff in the overall frequencies (10hz-40khz) trust me these headphones justify sound replication for music lovers who want sound of music at post production quality and not a commerical sound designed soley marketed to specfic groups. best headphones ive heard for the money p.s allow 100hrs burn in time for optumim sound replication.

AWESOME
These headphones are awesome. I just got them yesterday so i don't know if they need burn-in time but from first listening, they are very detailed, crisp, neat and tight. You don't get the boxy feel that you would normally get with a closed back. It has a very wide sound stage and no detail is missen. It produces clean tight bass(low end), an well balanced mid and clean subtle high so you don't feel the harsh highs as what comes with sennheisers. Well, it's written that they go to 120db but they dont, they only go as high as 94db so take note of that.
They are very comfortable and lavishly padded. However after long listening period, you start to feel the effect as your ears may start to hurt, probably this happened to me cause it's still new and firm, continuous usage should loosen it up.Either they look pretty or i look like a artist cause i wore them out and all the ladies kept staring.
