Children's headphones obviously need to be small and lightweight enough to fit the smaller proportions of a child.  The selection of headphones and earphones below are designed with children in mind.

The main objective with kids headphones and earphones is the reduction of Sound Pressure Level (SPL) delivered by the earphone to the inner-ear.  Various different methods are used by headphone manufacturers to achieve this, including limiting the maximum volume delivered by the earphone and reducing the volume needed by sealing correctly in the ear.

The in-ear earphones listed below are also suitable for kids and adults with small ears, who find other earphones too big to fit comfortably in the ear.
