I am currently looking for a new pair of headphones, closed, for around £200. I typically listen to indie rock, indie folk and a bit of electronic(not as important). So far I have identitfied the Shure SRH840's as a good pair of headphones butare there any headphones that match them or beat them in my price range.

Check out this Soundmagic HP100 - I reviewed it and Quadpatch (Edd of NobleHifi) also reviewed it, and it's a very hi-fi headphone - highly recommended for your genres.

Here's another one - not as highly rated for absolute fidelity as the HP100, but a warmer sound and slightly softer high end - it's my preference for a wider variety of genres, especially for music that has a sharp or strong treble.

I'm going to agree with Dale and recommend the HP100s - they really do it all :)
