    AKG K-141 MKII headphones

Yep, the AKG K-141 MKII has standard 3.5mm jack plugs, so is compatible in that way. Also the impedance of the headphone is 50 Ohms, which means most MP3 players will be able to drive the headphones to a sufficient volume (the exception being the new iPod Nano that has a VERY low output power).

The only thing that might be a little annoying with the K141 is the cable length being 3m.

Also worth noting is that the K-141 is semi-open, which means the sound of your music will leak out and external noise will leak in. Not as much as a fully open design, but it does leak sound to some degree.
