    Hello!

I recently bought a pair of these sennheiser headphones and everything was merry, however I have noticed a glitch in the right headphone that when it appears can be fixed by touching the cable close to the headphone, tho the problem is there still, of course...

I have tried replacing the cable and it is not in the cable I have found out but in the actual headphone part, possibly the connection in there.

I have looked at it but I don't believe you can open and fix this? Is there any way to redeem this problem? replacing some part?

    Thanks lots in advance!

It sounds to me as if the socket is faulty. As far as I know this is not straightforward to replace.

Did you buy them at HiFi Headphones? If so just contact us and we'll swap them out for you.
