    Hi everyone @ hifiheadphones.

Been a while since I've lasted bothered you lot in the office. Hope everyone's had a great new year. Now, lets get to business. Last time I was round, Robin hooked us up with a pair of UE Triple.Fi10s, and they were really great. However, my little cousin decided to use them as his new chew-toy over christmas, and now I need another set of earphones. Budget is £200 tops as usual, but I'd want to deviate from the UEs if possible, as I found their sound to be too clinical for my tastes. Ideas Robin? ;)

    Cheers,
    Laith.

    Hi Laith! Happy New Year!

These are worth a look - a lot of classical fans like them and they are described as musical by most people. Recently a customer told me he prefered them with the Shure Olive foam tips -

Westone UM2 Dual-Driver Earphones with Replaceable Cable (UM 2)
    £206.95

Shure Black Foam Eartips Medium (5 Pairs)
    £14.95

The Shure SE425 is less hard sounding than the Triple fi -

Shure SE425 In-Ear Sound Isolating Headphones in Clear (SE 425)
    £239.95

Still a little analitical but multi-armature headphones mostly are.

Something a bit different and quite interesting are these -

ClarityOne In-Ear Sound Isolating Earphones with Microphone
    £114.00

Very clean and clear with a nice build quality.

Have you seen anything which takes your fancy?:D

Bit of an update. The lovely police kindly informed me that my two rear tyres on the car are running rather skinny, so just had to fork out £150 towards some continentals. Budget is now around £60. Gonna pop down in the early hours tomorow morning if thats cool with yourselves. Will give you a call around 9-ish Robin ;)

    Laith.
