    Guys,

Have a pair of Creative Aurvana Air, which are truly excellent, but I'm going to damage my hearing trying to listen on the train/tube etc.....

Looking for a pair of in-ear, paying up to £150 (could stretch for my perfect sound!)...

Mainly listen to Techno (proper!), deep house and electro - Bass is key, but want crisp full range sound.....

    Currently looking at:
Phonak Audéo PFE 012 or 112
    Sennheiser IE60
    Shure SE215

But am more than open to recommendations .... :D

    Many Thanks!

    Hi Robin,

    Thanks for your reply....

I truly love the sound from my Creative Aurvana Air, but they can't be used in a noisy environment (gutted!).
I'm a basshead, so well defined, punchy bass is the main factor, but don't want to compromise to much mid and top end.....
I've read the SE315's are great, but for bassheads, the SE215's are recommended....

    I'm currently torn between:
    SE315/SE215
    Phonak PFE 112
    Westone UM1
    Sennheiser IE60
    Musical Fidelity EB-50
Klipsch Image X10 (bit worried about build quality though....)

I'd like to give more detail on my ideal sound, but I lacking the tech knowledge to articulate it! :(

    Thanks!
