    Hello

I am taking a nine hour flight in January and would be grateful if you could recommend headphones for comfort, noise cancelling & minimal leakage.

I did some searching & found this post but the links are a bit out of date now.

Don't really want to pay more than £100 as I'd only use these occasionally because for day to day use & short flights I have my two year old but still fabulous Klipsch X10s. (I even bought another pair in case I lost the originals)

    Many thanks
    Annie

    Hi F1Annie

Klipsch X10s are obviously excellent earphones as you know, luckily noise cancellers tend to have a similar feel with a big warm bottom end and plenty of fresh sounding detail at the top.

Despite the huge differences in pricing, active noise cancellers all work in the same way and are made by a small group of manufacturers - most are great quality.

Goldring NS1000 Noise Cancelling Headphones (Goldring NS-1000)
    £89.95

These are surprisingly good for the money and should easily last for a good few more long flights in the future.

    Have a great trip!:D

For some more ideas check out our Travel Headphones Top 10.

The two Audio-Technica headphones come highly recommended.
