    Hi all and merry Xmas,

I was bought a pair of x10's and while playing them through my HTC one x+ with or without beats enabled I get a lot distortIon in the left when above halfway volume, should I return them or is it normal? I okayd a variety of music styles and all the same.

    Cheers

Did you try another headphone to see if it played OK at loud volume on both sides? So we know it's just the x10?

Yeah I've used the standard HTC ones, the standard galaxy 2 ones and some dots all handle it ok.

It seems you found a resonance between the tip and the flange? That's common with all vibrating items - it even happens with automobiles unfortunately. Hopefully you can use the different tips, or exchange it.
