    Hello there.

I just purchased a pair of soundmagic E10's after much research as it seems to have really good reviews. Anyway the main question I had was how to look after my earphones (which should arrive tommorow). I have had countless audio cables die out on me, from the standard 3.5mm audio cables from the back of my pc, to 3 gaming headset cables (e.g Turtlebeach x1's), to about 4 earphones for my mp3 player. These cables break even when I take extra care.

I've searched google to try and find the best way to look after earphones but I'm not coming up with any positive results. I've read about the "over and under" technique, but should I purchase a carrying case as well, and if so can you recommend any? It shouldn't be too big as I'm quite small and I cycle a lot.

    Thank you for your time.

Stop using haki. Should resolve your cable issues.

Headphones kept in pockets never survive as long as headphones placed neatly in a case after use - the small investment in a nice little case could save you £$£ in new headphones - Get a case:)
