Nobody does it better!!

    After some excellent email discussion with, and advice from, Robin and the promise that I could return them if I didn't like them, I decided to buy a set of Beyer DT770s.

    They were ordered on Tuesday - arrived Wednesday - excellent service. Unfortunately they only worked on one earpice.

    A phone call on Thursday morning got a returns number from John and I took the faulty set to the Post Office Thursday lunchtime.

    A couple of emails from John kept me informed of the situation.

    I was delighted when a replacement set arrived Saturday morning and the cost of sending back the faulty phones was refunded to my credit card.

    I can't think of anywhere else you would get such superb and fast service.

    Well done guys - I will certainly recommend you whenever I can.

    Needless to say I am absolutely delighted with the DT770s.
