Phone Support Feedback

    I'm relatively new here, however I have recently ordered a pair of AKG K-240 MK II Semi-Open Studio Headphones. I ordered this late last night and so I was unsure about when it would arrive.

    I decided to give the phone support a try, and after calling them they gave me more information than I was expected and I was left with no doubts about what was happening with my order, all within 6 minutes of dialing the number!

    Waiting time was minimal (3-4 seconds) and the operator was extremely friendly.

    All in all, if you have any problems or doubts I would STRONGLY recommend giving these guys a call, as they were extremely helpful to me and they will be to you also.
