    Hi,
Thought a number of people would have this problem too. Wear and tear results in headphone connections becoming damaged. Sometimes it's simply a bit of soldering but this doesn't always work. My specific problem is
    SONY tmr-rf810R

They are wireless and charge by 3.5mm jack connector. The connecting wire has become damaged so that the red charging light doesn't come on & they don't charge. Tried taping up the damaged wire without success. Any suggestions?

Please post on other headphone repairs on this topic too to prevent multiple threads appearing
    Thanks

    ps
Before anyone suggests it I'll be buying another pair of headphones too!
