I've got a pair of SE315's and see that you can buy replacement cables for them. Does anyone make short cables?

I had an older pair of shures which had a 3.5mm jack just after the left and right cables came together, and then an extension. This was great when I wanted to use the set with my iPod shuffle. No long wires getting in the way at the gym or on a ride.

    Hi Larry

Unfortunately I have not seen a shorter version of this cable as a standard replacement part. You can have custom earphone cables made which will probably give a decent increase in quality but also allow you to specify the length.

This is an expensive option and although I am an absolute addict who will use any excuse to buy audio gear I would probably opt to bunch a little cable with a very small cable tie just after the jack plug. I also might be wrong and there may even be someone manufacturing a shorter compatible cable already.
