Just wondering if anyone has figured out where 'Beats' spam originates from, whether distributors or possibly outsourced from manufacturers.

I have seen references on two forums now to young persons, school kids, being "called out" for possessing headphones that are not 'Beats'.

Does anyone know what "called out" refers to.

I would love to know where all the Beats spam comes from as it wastes so much of my time removing it.

As for being kids being "Called out" for not having fake beats that their Dad bought from the market, sounds like the typical childish cruelty that is meted out to those who don't conform. Cliquey children don't have very long before they find out that popularity at school rarely translates into success in the adult world. It is strange that kids go through the sheep phase before they go through the "I am an individual!" phase, all part of the process I guess:)

People who sell beats headphones, especially the fakes, post a lot of their sales notices here, almost always in the wrong topic.
