    Hello :)

I own a pair of lovely, old, and now dying, Technics RP-F400
They were given to me by my dad, and have seen a lot in life :p
Now the main supporting plastic is held together by sellotape, and the inner-ear cup felt has worn away.
I'm looking at buying a new pair, and would like some suggestions.

I use them mainly when on my computer or watching tv in bed, as the wire is about 3 meters long, I like the comfort as they are not too tight but not too loose, and I like the headband structure, as it had an elasticated band that doesn't try and stop blood flow to the brain.
My budget is about £50, I don't like the 'beats' headphone range, I find them too tight, sweaty, and I don't like the slightly over-warm quality to the sound. Plus, I refuse to spend over £100 on a pair of headphones!
I'm not an audiophile, but I do like to have relatively nice sounding headphones :)

    So... Suggestions?

    Thanks! :D

P.s. I've attached a photo to explain the structure of the Technics.
