Thanks John and Robin

    First let me say I was most impressed with the delivery service from "hifiheadphones". I ordered on Friday and recieved my package on Saturday.
    Unfortunatly, when I tried the product, it didn't work, so I e-mailed "hifi" asking for help.

    There was a telephone message waiting for me when I returned home, from Robin telling me to contact him. When I phoned I couldn't get Robin and spoke to John who was most willing to sort out my problem.

    I explaned what was wrong,and he talked me through how to use the earphones. Nothing at all wrong with them, just me.
    Reason for this lengthy explanation is that in this day and age, it is very rare that you expect this kind of service, polite, respectful and most of all willingly helpful. Thank you lad's, I'll be back!
