hey peeps, i am on the hunt for some advice, i am awating the arrival of my new galaxy s3 and ive got to the stage where iam listening to music sick of having to pull out my phone take out the wire answer the call put the wire back in put the phone away and thepress play again this may sound lazy but its annoying specially when cycling or working as i do a lot, so which type of wireless bluetooth headset should i but well the obvious chices are of course sennheiser dre beats jabra etc BUT i am a little bit of a scrooge with money and i aint willing to pay £200+ for something im just gonna stick in my ear or whatever yeah the quality might be great but im looking for something around £50+ that is just as great so any advice on sound quality, call quality, bluetooth connection and wether it sucks the life from your battery or not would be massivley and outstandingly appreciated the nominees i have picked only have a couple of reviews and i dont want to wait a week on one coming and then not like it so here we are.

Unfortunately I have not tried any of these. Recently I have been sent some Volume Headphones, a really nice Bluetooth set. Originally I was underwhelmed, I thought - Yeah these are quite nice and they work really well but I wasn't aware that they would be £70, I was kind of expecting them to be £100 - £120. Being surprised by the price (in the right direction!) is my measuring stick for good value. I think they're already available but don't have stock of them yet.

I like the look of the Henson Audio BTH033 but looks are not a great help with whether they will perform the task well. You should do a quick review of whatever you do end up buying as it may help others - wireless is more and more popular.:)

thank for the reply robin, thats the thing until shops start stocking lots of different types of bluetooth wireless headphones at different prices and not just dre beats etc @ hundreds of pounds its really luck of the draw as to wether any you buy online perform, but the henson ones were the ones i was probably gonna go for they do look decent, so i will give them another look and let you knowwhat i ended up buying.

    thank again

    Thanks davidoffski

There is a general lack of good information on headphones and the High Street is in the main pretty useless. We obviously have a bit of a focus on Hifi aimed gear but even the biggest Hifi nerd still listens to music on the train or wants to make calls with a headset sometimes. If you do get the Henson Audio headphones I'm sure many people who come through the forum would be interested in your impressions:)
