Thanks to any respondees! I like basey music and listen to Kate Bush through Nirvana through AC DC through Classical to Migeul Migs (deep house). I also need to use IEM's for voice calls. I have been recommended the following:

    1. Klipsch X10i
    2. Sony XBA 31P
    3. Phonak Audeo PFE 132
    4. Shure SE 315 Mobile
    5. ClarityOne
    6. IE801; and
    7. Beyerdynamic MMX101iE

Assuming price plays no part, which do I buy???

The Klipsch would work well. I don't find any major suppliers for the IE801. If you have lots of money you could also look into the new Sennheiser IE800.

    1. Klipsch X10i - You would like these but read about the cable microphonics.

    2. Sony XBA 31P - Not tried these.

    3. Phonak Audeo PFE 132 - do not have enough bass for you.

    4. Shure SE 315 Mobile - These are a possibility.

    5. ClarityOne - Out of the box these are bright but calm down to being warm and smooth quickly. Now you can tell which reviewers bothered to burn them in!

    6. IE801 - Not tried these.

    7. Beyerdynamic MMX101iE - you would like these but they are not that detailed. Great for the money

Dale - money is an issue if it goes more expensive than those listed!

    Still with the IE80i?

If you like bass the X10 is really tempting because you can get them surprisingly cheap. They used to be £275!:)
