Most orders placed before 2pm are shipped from our office the same day (Mon- Fri), subject to stock availability and credit card security checks - please ensure you provide a valid phone number for us to contact you so that we can confirm your identity for security purposes.

• All orders are shipped via Royal Mail.
• We aim to make our postage and packing costs fair and easy to understand.
• Our shipping charges are based on the costs incurred to us - we do not profit from our delivery charges.

Standard Shipping to the UK

Royal Mail First Class Recorded Signed For

This delivery service usually takes between 1-3 working days, but 15 working days are required by the Royal Mail before items will be classed as lost.

Items shipped by Royal Mail Recorded Signed For upto a maximum order value of £75 and for your protection, a signature will be required on delivery.

Royal Mail Standard Parcels

This delivery service usually takes between 3-5 working days, but 15 working days are required from the Royal Mail before items will be classed as lost.

We ship items by Royal Mail Standard Parcels upto a maximum order value of £500.

The above charges include insurance upto a maximum order value of £34. Insurance on orders upto a value of £100 costs an additional £1.00, insurance upto £250 costs an additional £2.25, insurance upto £500 costs an additional £3.50 and if required is automatically added to your order on checkout.

Express Delivery to the UK

Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day

This delivery service normally arrives next working day (excluding UK offshore and the Highlands of Scotland). Most orders placed before 2pm are shipped from our office the same day (Mon-Fri). Please be aware that this means that if you place an order after 2pm on Friday it may be Tuesday before you take delivery of the goods.

For your protection, a signature will be required on delivery.

The above charges include insurance upto a maximum order value of £500. Insurance upto £1000 costs an additional 55p and upto £2500 costs an additional £1.55 and if required is automatically added to your order on checkout.
