- Refined and high quality.
by Toby on 14/01/2015 I've heard some complaints (hi Amazon reviews) that these lack bass. They are not 'warm bass monsters', so if you are coming from one size fits all cheaper headphones, they may seem a little light, but it's very well defined.
- Sounds awesome, looks beautiful
by Bimmer on 25/08/2014 The Heaven II sounds truly amazing for the money.
- Very impressive
by Lazz on 01/07/2014 The Final Audio Heaven II is a very impressive earphone.
Soundstage depth and clarity are superb, as is build quality.
It's not a drawback, but they are extremely revealing, so if the original recording is poor, you'll know about it. Magnetic Skyline (Kelly Joe Phelps) sounds sublime, Red Hot Chilli's sound rubbish. No surprise.
If you are a heavy rock / electronica / bass head, look at the Adagio III's.
They have a refined sound with plenty of air and excellent instrument separation. Bass is punchy and well defined, without being overpowering like many similarly priced earphones.
The finish is high class, with an earphone body that will last forever and excellent quality cabling.
You get a lot of earphone for your money.
I've owned many high end earphones (Shure SE535, Phonak Audeo PFE 232, etc), but the Heaven II has got to the best value for money earphone I've owned yet.
Sound is well balanced, with decent bass impact (while remaining in tight control) and a beautifully expressive mid-range (vocals sound very natural).
The earphones themselves are sturdy and look like they will last for some years to come.
This is one seriously good value pair of earphones.
