Default iBasso D2 with Denon AH-D1001

The Denon AH-D1001 is already quite a low impedance headphone with decent sensitivity. Do you find the volume lacking with your iPod?

The way to increase sound quality is to take the signal from the 30 pin dock connector with an iPod line out dock cable. This obviously bypasses the iPod's headphone output socket entirely and also supplies a headphone amp with a proper line level signal.
