anyone got an ipod amp?

i came across the concept of an ipod amplifier the other day, on my usual internet trawl: iPod Amplifier | iPod Audio Amplifier | Amplifier for iPod and i just think its the best hing since sliced bread, found a whole bunch of them here: iPod Amplifier - Compare prices on Twenga.co.uk
and theyre not even that silly expensive. does anyone have one? do they really work? and i mean in a way that makes a difference, like disrupt the bus type volume not just actually play it outloud (cos in my opinion that is the ipods main flaw- poor outloud sound)
so yes if you have one i would love to hear from you and to know which one you went for and how it is treating you etc etc....
