Did I waste my money - no indeed !

Wonderful service from you - I'd decided to up the stakes, and move from Etymotic ER4s (great sound, fed up hearing the cables rustle in my head) . . discovered Shure SE530s reviewed on another Amaz . . ing site. Hugely positive reviews, with a few difficult points. For some reason, googled and found you.

Phones here next day, with those helpful emails (thanks, folks) - but oh dear, had I wasted several hundred pounds on them ? The ear buds wouldn't change easily - so difficult in fact that I took the skin of a finger trying to twist the foam covering off, and gave up on the other. A quick call to hifiheadphones reassured me - I could take a pair of pliers to them (yikes . . .) - 5 minutes later happy ears, great sound.

At every point of contact with you I was left feeling supported, and secure in the knowledge that help was at hand and my treasured purchase was safe. Did I waste my money . . . no, indeed.

Only Q left now is - how many 'phones can one guy own ?
