I'm not one for leaving feedback and have never done so in the past - after all a shop is a shop and my time is precious, but.... these guys deserve some time and are definately more than just a shop - they are a resource.

Phoned them up for help and got plenty of impartial, professional and unhurried advice which helped me make an informed choice. Ordered two sets of headphones and they arrived safely and exceed my expectations.
