Default Great service, how it should be done

Most retailers can ship your order, for a good price and reasonably fast. good service right?

But the real test is when something goes wrong, is there someone there to take care of you afterwards and help resolve the problem.

Long story short - Headphones arrived, were excellent! but unfortunately developed a fault in one earbud a few months down the line. Emailed through again asking about warranty and was dealt with in a very friendly manner with all the information i needed the next day. I shipped them back off on friday afternoon, and a new pair arrived today (TUESDAY) even with a lolipop to keep the smile on my face

it's not even about finding the cheapest price on the internet any more. i'd rather deal with retailers who care for their customers, hifi headphones (Jon in particular) have been of great service and it will be a pleasure to deal with them again, and reccomend them to all.
