I always think that any company can give good service when they are trying to sell you something. The acid test is when things go wrong. I bought a replacement cable for my Ultimate Ears earphones back in March. The weekend before last it stopped working. I advised hifi headphones of my problem imediately. They replied the same day asking me to return the cable for testing, which I did last week. My replacement cable arrived this morning by recorded delivery. Excellent!
