Cool Best Headphones for professional use

Greetings!

I think I need your super expert advices!
I need a good pair of headphones for professional use: I'm a japanese translator and I need them to listen to movies and to catch the japanese language the best as possible. I think they should be noise canceling (it should permit me to separate better the japanese words) and I don't mind if they're wirless or not.
My budget is 250-300€ max. (if they're less expensive is better)

Thank for your help!
Anna

Default Noise canceling pro headphones

Noise Cancelling Headphones - Noise Reduction Headphones

Here is a link to some of the available noise canceling headphones. If you see something that looks interesting but have more questions, just ask here. I have some limited experience with noise canceling headphones.

Don't get noise cancelling - these are actually less clear than normal headphones. Get something like this -

Audio-Technica ATH-M50 Closed Monitor Headphones Coiled Cable
£134.95

An easy to power pro type headphone - you need accuracy and a decently wide frequency response to make sure you can hear everything. Quality of the audio is the only thing that can help you here!

I would get the Sennheiser HD 25-1 II for this use.

They were designed for professional use, are closed back and seal well against external noise.

They are also excellent for listening to detail - these are my No.1 headphones when I am recording and want to hear subtle detail in a mix.

They will be perfect for what you want to do.

I would use the optional velour earpads that are supplied with the headphones as they are more comfortable than the leatherette ones.

Default Beats spam

If Beats spams so much, they must be really awful quality. Else why spam so much?

I think you should choose beats studio instead of beats solo. it has a better noisy canceling feature.

Beats by Dre are really quite bad headphones - bad value for money - bad sounding and to top it off fashionable with footballers, urban teenagers old men who are trying to look cool. There are normally better headphones for half the price of the Beats equivalent. Don't buy the Beats, you will regret it in the long run.

Here are some proper beats from a musician who knows good headphones!
