Hi all I need some advice regarding a portable amp for the beyerdynamic DT 770's,I will be mostly using it with a mp3 player(creative zen vision m) and with my pc.
Also i want to use the audio out not the headphone jack but can't seem to find a cable which connects to the bottom of the mp3 player with a 3.5mm jack I know you can get this type of cable for a ipod does any know where a could get one for a zen(have tried creative but they sell the cable) Many thanks Mark. |

The FiiO E5 is a very popular choice, due to it's small size, sensible price and warm sound signature.
If you are using the headphones with a computer a combined headphone amplifier and USB DAC may be worth considering. Take a look at the iBasso range for some ideas. Most computer soundcards have very poor quality headphone outputs and DACs, so this solution can give a significant upgrade to sound quality.
