Advice needed please!!

Hi guys,
I'm currently looking for a pair of over the ear headphones for use with my laptop and my iPod, at the minute just through reading various reviews and stuff (as I don't really know that much about headphones) I thought the Sennheiser HD448s look good, and around the right price (£60-£80), one of the main things I'm looking for with a set of headphones is how good they are at keeping noise in (so I don't annoy everyone around me while traveling!). What do you guys think of these headphones? Or can you suggest any better? Thanks a lot for reading and your help
