Review of the Phonak PFE 112
just a quick review really, ive only had them a couple of days...
Build quality is brilliant, the cable feels very durable and the phones themselves are light but not "tacky". now...to the sound: at first i was shocked, nothing really seemed right and i just couldnt find a setting i liked on my ipod EQ (yes i resorted to that) but after letting them play for a few hours...things started to sink in, and my what a sound they make! you can hear a lot of things you have never heard before on your soundtracks. I use the grey filters and they provide me with just about enough bass. the little case is nicely built and has 2 comopartments (both zipped). Currently listening to some Porcupine Tree and marvelling at what i have been missing out on! Verdict: great build quality, accessories not cheap add-ons, sound is brilliant once you give them time. hope this helps
