Easy Product Returns & Exchange - 30 Day Guarantee

Unwanted Products:

Don’t like the product you purchased, no problem! Within our 30 day guarantee, as long as the product is returned to us in ‘as-new’ condition, we will refund the product purchase price, in full, excluding any original or returning delivery charges that you have incurred.  Please follow our returns procedure below.

Exchanges:

We understand that an order does not always work out. In order to better satisfy our customers, we make exchanges easy. So, if you didn’t get the right item the first time around, no problem.

Defective Products:

In the rare event you receive an item that is not working properly, it is important that you contact us.  Please call 01903 768910, or alternately email us at returns@hifiheadphones.co.uk with as much detail as possible (including your order number).  We will troubleshoot the problem with you and help you get back up and running as quickly as possible.

Exclusions:

The following items are excluded from our 30 day returns window unless proven to be faulty.

Custom and made to order products: e.g. custom cables, custom IEMs, etc.

Special order items: Goods specially ordered at your request, outside of our current stock range.

How To Make A Return

How To Make A Return - Step by Step

  1. First check your return meets the conditions in our Returns & Warranty Policy.
  2. To start the returns process please email us via returns@hifiheadphones.co.uk or call us on 01903 768910 to open a new returns ticket.  Please provide your order number to help us locate your purchase.
  3. Wait for a confirmation email from our customer service helpdesk giving instructions on how to return the item and where to post it - we will normally be in touch within 48 hours (during the week).
  4. Package the item and all accessories with all original packaging materials and mark the parcel with your return reference number (this will be your helpdesk ticket ID) and if possible include a note with your name inside (a printout of our helpdesk email is ideal).
  5. Post the item back to us.
  6. Once we receive the returned item(s) we will notify you,  If faulty we will send a a repaired or replacement product (subject to availability) or if you are returning for refund within 30 days we will refund via the payment method you used.
