Special order items: Goods orders at your request, outside of our current stock range.

We understand that an order does not always work out. In order to better satisfy our customers, we make returns and exchanges easy. You can return the product to us in ‘as-new’ condition within 30 days of receipt for a refund of the product purchase price. Really, it’s that simple!

Defective Product Refunds:

In the rare event you receive an item that is not working properly, it is important that you contact us.  Please call 01903 768910, or alternately email using the ‘Submit Your Returns Request’ form at the foot of this page, with as much detail as possible.  We will troubleshoot the problem with you first, and, provided the item is defective we will open a helpdesk service ticket to track your return (the ticket ID will be your return reference and should be quoted in all correspondence with us). Within our 30 day guarantee we will cover both the product purchase price, original shipping price paid by you and send you a pre-paid returns label for your convenience.

Unwanted Product Refunds:

Don’t like the product you purchased, no problem! Within our 30 day guarantee, as long as the product is returned to us in ‘as-new’ condition, we will refund the product purchase price, in full, excluding any original or returning delivery charges that you have incurred.

Exchanges:

We understand that an order does not always work out. In order to better satisfy our customers, we make exchanges easy. So, if you didn’t get the right item the first time around, no problem!

Simply contact us within 30 days of receipt of your item on 01903 768910 to discuss your requirements, purchase your new item, send back your original item in ‘as-new’ condition and we will take care of the rest!

Additional Notes:

Please note: due to hygiene reasons we are unable to take back any non faulty product that may have been in contact with the inner ear or mouth.
