The Sennheiser RS 130 is an open, circumaural RF wireless headphone system with switchable surround sound ("SRS headphone"). Its excellent sound image with outstanding bass response makes it an ideal choice for all types of music and for TV use. The system is extremely user-friendly due to its ‘easy recharge' function and intelligent auto-tuning. Acoustic and visual signals confirm the adjustment of new settings. An innovative, self-learning automatic level control ensures that the headphones always reproduce an optimum audio level. The RS 130 wireless headphones combine optimum comfort with a captivating surround sound experience.

The Sennheiser RS 130's transmitter is equipped with an automatic level control which ensures that the headphones always receive an optimum signal. The level is continuously adjusted during operation and remains stored as long as the transmitter is connected to the mains. The RS 130 wireless headphone system is equipped with the so-called sound retrieval system (SRS), which significantly enhances the three-dimensional and the bass portion of the stereo signal. In addition, the transmitter features a "Noise Gate" function, which reduces hissing noise when no audio signal is transmitted (e.g. during pauses).
