Questions on Shure SE112 In Ear Isolating Earphones - Grey
- From Alan at 13/05/2015 22:13
- Are these suitable for activities like running? I'm after a good set as the others I've tried always let me down!
- Hi Alan
With the SE112 the cable is worn up and over the ears, so this will provide additional support and it cuts down on cable noise. They're very rugged in construction so quite suitable for activities like running.

- Great value phones
by Adler on 21/12/2014 Be patient, like so many speakers these do take a while to bed in and they may well sound light on bass until they do but they will improve a lot from their 'out of the box' presentation. They have a great sound stage and subtlety for the price. They are a bit more laid back than some perhaps but if you don't like a hard edged attacking sound they may well be a great choice. Can't speak for the competition, this was a choice made on the recommendation of HiFi Headphones and I'm pleased with the decision. The acid test was Joe Cocker's 'Talking Back to the Night' with Sly & Robbie pounding away in the background. The bass performance has finally arrived.
- Good budget earphones
by JerryNoo on 02/07/2014 If you don't want to spend a fortune on earphones the SE112 is a very solid choice. I can't recommend these earphones enough.
Cabling is tough and looks like it will last a long time. Sound is clear and well defined - plenty of bass and detail is impressive.
Shure have come up with a winner in the SE112.
