It's not about the money
Where to begin with this company?
First I think it's unusual for a company to be more about good customer care than about the money. This company is one of those rare gems that really does look after you - before, during and after the sale. I have bought several items from this company over the last year or so and there was a fault with one of them. All I had to do was return it and a new item was sent out to me immediately without extra charge.
I am not overly informed when it comes to sound equipment however I listen to music a lot so wanted to invest in some good headphones. I have called this company on several occasions, and have spoken to Robin, and have received lengthy and informative advice on what headphones to get, both in ear and over ear and I have not been disappointed.
So, to the review:
I previously owned a pair of sennheiser hd650's which, if you've listened to music through them is something hard to beat. I needed a new pair and was advised to get these ultrasone 780s.
They did take a while to get used to as the sound doesnt seem to be pumped into your ear, rather it's like watching a band live - however I can honestly say I am extremely happy with my purchase.
I will remain a loyal customer because they really do look after you at Hifiheadphones.
