Audeze Replacement Microsuede Headband

With daily use of Audeze LCD headphones over the years lends itself to the occasional need for headband replacement. Audeze offers hand-crafted non-leather headband replacement for the Audeze LCD series of planar magnetic headphones.

Audeze have spent a lot of time carefully designing and selecting materials for the assembly of the replacement headband. At its core the headband is constructed with heat-treated spring steel that is powder coated to prevent corrosion. This base is then padded with foam and wrapped in leather-free Microsuede to create the perfect, comfortable fit.

A number of Audeze listeners have mentioned they would like an alternative to the Audeze leather products. Audeze has responded by offering a leather-free Microsuede (faux suede) option. The same care and diligence was applied to finding the perfect non-leather material fit for the Audeze headphones.
