Ordering Custom In-Ear Monitors
At Hifiheadphones we want to make your order process simple and easy to understand. Follow these steps to be on your way to receiving your Custom In-Ear Monitors!
Step One
Contact the Hifiheadphones support team to get your custom journey started. Our dedicated team is at hand to help you choose the custom option that is right for you.
Step Two
Custom In-Ear Monitors require ear impressions. Find an Audiologist near you and schedule an appointment to get your ear impressions done. Please print and take with you our Audiologist Impressions Guide to to help your Audiologist get the right impressions.
Step Three
To make sure your impressions are usable, send us photos of your impressions via our contact-form.
Pictures should be from multiple angles and in-focus to show detail of the outer ear and canal. Our technicians will examine the pictures and will respond within 2 to 3 business days to confirm the impressions are good.

Step Four
Once your impressions are approved, it is now safe to ship your impressions.

Please include a completed impressions packing slip and make sure your name is clearly labeled on the impressions box. Download our Packing Slip to make sure your ear impressions get to us safely.
Step Five
We will notify you via email when we receive your impressions in the mail and when your order is in production.
You will receive regular updates on the progress of your IEM. Should you need further information or to track the building process of your IEM please contact us.
