These earbuds are exactly what I needed. They fit perfectly, are comfortable, even for me a side sleeper & no issues with falling out either. The passive noise cancellation is great, even blocks the sound of the planes from Birmingham airport nearby. The included "relaxing" sounds on the app seem pretty pointless but they work fine for music or podcasts from Amazon music. My only regret not buying them sooner

After receiving a pair of Final ZE3000 true wireless earbuds, I was so disappointed that they just didn't fit my ears comfortably, despite having two other pairs from Final. I explained to the guys at HiFiHeadphones that these were intended for use in the night, as I like to sleep with a little sleep music and/or white noise ambience, as I am a CPAP user in the nights.

Straight away, I heard back from them to arrange the return and credit to my account, and they then gave a recommendation for me to try 1MORE SleepBuds Z30 - White. I ordered them, and they have been in my ears every night since. They are pretty much invisible in terms of comfort, I can lie on my side, with no issues, and I tend to forget they're in my ears until I wake in the morning.

I use these headphones only for sleeping. The quality is plenty good enough when you want to drift off and easily matches any wireless earbud around the £100 mark. The audio clarity is surprising given size.
They really are tiny and can be fiddly to handle, in and out of the case, in and out of your ears. The fit inside the ear is very good which makes the isolation remarkable.
So I found the best use is to play a podcast that finishes, or play stops on a timer. Once the audio finishes you still have an isolating earplug.
I haven't used the built-in sleep sounds, some of the options are disturbing like a crackling fire. The built-in sounds are also easily loud. I mainly installed the app to upgrade the firmware and haven't needed it since.
I make sure the buds are fully charged before using them for sleep. The warning sound of low battery sounds like a loud explosion. However, I have rarely heard it, unless I had a restless night with about 2.5-3 hours of podcasts. If I drift off and the audio has stopped playing, the buds will retain connection and last all night and play in the morning.
The only drawback is my alarm on my phone plays through the buds very quietly.
