    Got a set of these refurbished headphones and they were like brand new. Box and contents immaculate. Great price. Good quality. Work very well in the gym. Have bought a second pair so my partner and I can sit in splendid isolation!!!

    Extremely satisfied with my purchase, the headphones look like have never been out of the box and the sound quality and bass are just what I was hoping for and the active noise cancelling is perfect for when at the gym

    Disappointing

    Too much bass, had to install fxsound equalizer to cut it down from a painful throb to something listenable.
    Use with laptop to watch mostly films on Netflix, Bluetooth connection a nightmare so much so I have gone back to using the USB cable to connect to laptop which kind of defeats the advantage of wireless.i cannot recommend these headphones would advise Sennheiser which I also use and are streets ahead. If I could return these headphones I would.
