Like the ER4-SR, the ER4-XR is built with precision machined, anodized and laser-etched aluminium body and offers user-replaceable detachable cables.

The ER4-XR is ideal for anyone looking for exceptional sound quality with just the right amount of low-end enhancement. An assortment of eartips is provided in the package of the ER4-XR earphones. ER4-XR incorporates the stringent channel-matching standard used in the ER4-SR.The triple-flange eartips reduce sound an average of 35dB, while the foam eartips provide slightly more sound reduction of 42dB.
